This route is the cheapest option if you avoid the Massachusetts Turnpike, but it adds around 20 minutes to your drive time. Take NH-125 South and head towards Plaistow. Merge onto I-495 South and take Exit 22A towards MA-9 East. Take a left onto State Route 30 West, then a right onto State Route 135 West. You’ll be in Wellesley in no time.

Route 4: US-4 South and I-495 South

This route is slightly longer than Route 3, but it takes you through some beautiful New England scenery. To take this route, head south on NH-125 and take a right onto US-4 West. Continue to I-93 South towards Boston and merge onto I-495 South. Take Exit 22A towards MA-9 East. Take a left onto State Route 30 West, then a right onto State Route 135 West.
