The Western Route: 113 miles, 1.75 hours

If you're looking for something a little different, take the western route. Head west on IN-45 from Bloomington, which becomes IN-58. After about 22 miles, turn north on IN-37 and continue for approximately 49 miles. Finally, head east on State Road 38 for approximately 23 more miles until you reach Noblesville. This route is about 113 miles long and takes around 1.75 hours.

The scenic route will take you past beautiful state parks like Brown County State Park and McCormick's Creek State Park. If you're taking the western route, consider stopping to see the T.C. Steele State Historic Site, a beautiful home and studio of one of Indiana's most famous artists.
