Make stops at Shenandoah Valley and the famous Natural Bridge. Grab some food in Roanoke before continuing to the final destination of Morgantown, arriving in under nine hours.

Route 3: US-1 South and I-270 West

For a scenic and coastal route, take US-1 South from Bar Harbor. The route is charming and offers glimpses of quaint East Coast towns along the way. Take a stopover in historic Newport, Rhode Island, before continuing on towards Maryland.

Once in Maryland, hop onto I-270 West and drive towards Morgantown. This route takes around ten hours, but the numerous stops and breathtaking coastal views will make those hours fly by.

Route 4: Scenic Coastal Route
