The Slowest Route: US-64 E and US-45 S (Approximately 7 hours and 45 minutes)

If you have plenty of time and don't mind taking the long way around, you can take US-64 East all the way across Arkansas before joining US-45 South down into Corinth. This route is approximately 460 miles long, and it will take you around 7 hours and 45 minutes without any traffic. However, keep in mind that this route covers a lot of rural areas, so you might encounter traffic due to farm equipment or other slow-moving vehicles.
